Codify FZCO Hosting Service Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of hosting services (“Services”) provided by Codify FZCO. By registering or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Services. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify Codify FZCO immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for:

• Hosting or distributing illegal content.
• Sending spam, phishing, or malicious software.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Activities that disrupt or harm the network or other customers.

Codify FZCO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Resource Usage

• Accounts must not exceed allocated disk space, bandwidth, or memory limits.
• Excessive resource usage may result in temporary suspension or additional charges.
• Fair use policies may be applied to ensure service stability.

6. Payment & Billing

• Fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Service Availability

Codify FZCO strives to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Backups & Data

• Backups may be provided as part of the Service, but you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups.
• Codify FZCO is not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, software issues, or user error.

9. Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect your data, but you are responsible for securing your applications and content. You must keep software up to date and apply security patches promptly.

10. Termination

Codify FZCO may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

Codify FZCO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the preceding 12 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
